Meditation

Meditation is yoga and all yogic practices are the foundation for meditation. As the practice evolves it invites you to turn your attention inwards and meditation is the reply to this call from within.

In meditation the body is rested, the senses are calmed and the everyday activities of the mind become increasingly quiet. As stresses dissolve and we become less involved with memory and anticipation a joy unfolds from simply being which rises up to permeate and bring harmony to body, heart and mind.

You begin to re-connect and trust in your own truth, the essence of your being which awakens your unique creativity. Through practice we nurture this deep inner listening that unearths a support from within, helping you to know and appreciate your self better and guiding you towards healing.
